Our Story Begins Here…
Jennifer Sadler was born in the age of disrupters, innovators and new age activism. In other words, she’s a millennial. A heart has always been symbolic of the Valentines baby and her drive to understand consumers while helping businesses to grow led her to create Fourteen Hearts, a marketing and business development agency. While digital marketing and training are her core skills, she has worked to develop brands, create communication and business infrastructures and lead teams in tough conversations about diversity and inclusion. Her research is focused on marketing to the black millennial and how advertising messages impact personal development.
The company has taken many shapes over the years, but today the goal is to help companies see the bigger picture – to help them grow. We do this through thoughtful conversations and a strategic approach. Because Jennifer is an educator and trainer by nature, she employs current college students to work alongside her on professional accounts. This allows for her rates to be competitive but also reasonable for mid-sized businesses. The agency also donates a portion of funds to fourteen charities yearly so that we can truly say Fourteen Hearts with conviction and pride in our work.

Student-Centered Design
Jennifer Sadler has been an educator for a number of years, and in that time she has developed more of a fast-paced training curriculum rather than a traditional collegiate classroom. Because this agency is built on a continuous growth model, agency specialists are trained college students with exceptional skills who have proven themselves in the classroom. Every student she teaches gains a certification in AdWords and works with real clients during the semester. The top students are given positions within her agency to bridge the gap between school and career endeavors.

Fourteen Hearts was created by an educator with a goal to spread knowledge to others. We believe that clients who ask the right questions and understand the platforms we use are more confident in the strategies we suggest. For that reason, we add a bit of training into monthly reporting calls. Once you have started a campaign with us, we will teach you a part of what we do to keep your business in the consumer’s mind – from understanding analytics that power your strategy to the ins and outs of boosting a post on Facebook, we share a ton of information with clients. Transparency is vital to sustaining the trust you give us.

Every year, we take a portion of the money clients pay us to help others reach their goals. We may provide fourteen scholarships or fourteen financial gifts to organizations in need. We do this because it’s not just about the work you do but also about the people you serve.
